"Moíres", came about in the process of writing and demoing for the album. It is one of the earlier tracks that I came up with and during its development, it sounded like one of those tracks that can work as a standalone.

The title of the track is Greek for "Fates". The concept of the track is a nod to Greek Mythology and the 3 Fates; Klothos, Atropos, and Lachesis. The gods responsible for the course of mortal life. And how in the end, no matter what we do in life, or what action we take, we are somehow left at the mercy of the Fates.
